Walton Homes has chosen Vortice Quadro and Punto Filo fans to provide energy-efficient ventilation for the Navigation Point development in Walsall close to the town centre. It comprises apartments with one and two bedrooms set in scenic grounds.

The Quadro fan is aesthetically pleasing in a bathroom, ideal for longer duct runs and available as inbuilt or surface-mounted versions. It has washable filters and comes in versions that include timer and humidity control.

The Punto Filo slimline axial fans is available with a timer, PIR and humidity controls and is suitable for bathrooms, utility rooms and kitchens.
