The updated Rexel Innovation Centre at the BRE Innovation Park at Watford provides a comprehensive snapshot of the latest energy solutions and technologies from around the world that can help save energy and reduce carbon footprint.

Key new additions include highly efficient lighting solutions such as the latest LED lighting from Philips, Osram, GE, Iviti, Megaman/Lightwave and JCC. Visitors can also test the latest lighting controls from Wirefield and home energy monitoring from Smappee and Nest.

Rolec charging solutions for electric vehicles are also featured, as well as smart modules by Trina and, coming soon, battery storage too.

Steve Everard, head of Rexel Energy Solutions UK, comments, ‘In such a rapidly evolving industry, it can be difficult to stay up-to-date with the latest technology and make informed decisions to select the correct solutions. Our Innovation Centre at BRE enables visitors to make smart choices — whether it be for a domestic, commercial or industrial property.

‘We’re delighted to partner with so many key manufacturers and represent the most innovative technologies across 21 different areas of the Centre.’
