Diffusion and Vent-Axia join forces

Diffusion, which makes heating and cooling equipment for buildings, has been acquired by the Volution Group; its brands include ventilation company Vent-Axia. Diffusion has manufactured heating and cooling equipment in the UK for over 50 years.

The company’s product range includes fan-coil units, air curtains, fan convectors and general-purpose heating. Diffusion also offers a specialised bespoke product services aimed primarily at end users, architects and consultants.

Diffusion and Vent-Axia’s product development programme focuses on energy-saving initiatives, using technology that reduces power consumption and, wherever possible, recovers, recycles and re-uses energy that would otherwise be wasted.

More refrigerant bans possible, says government
