Crane’s Dominator role in London projects

Arsenal
Among London projects using Crane Z3000 Dominator compact flow-management systems to control hydronic systems is the new stadium of Arsenal Football Club. Heating and air conditioning in the office building and the players’ changing rooms will be controlled by fan-coil units fitted with these valve. Crane is also supplying all control valves for the various plant rooms around the new Emirates Stadium. Down in central London, Crane has supplied 1400 Dominator systems to control heating and cold-water systems throughout the 12-storey, 28 000 m2 Palestra development on Blackfriars Bridge Road. These valves were connected to the fan-coil units by Bedford Fabrications as part of the off-site prefabrication programme. Crane has also supplied all the valves for the plant rooms in the Palestra project. They include a full range of commissioning valves, check valves and strainers — supplied to the fabricators constructing the plant rooms off site.
