Historic contract for Briggs & Forrester

Briggs & Forrester has been awarded a £6 million contract for installing M&E services in a new office block at 40 Holborn Viaduct in London on a site that was originally constructed in the 19th century. The contract was awarded by the main contractor, Balfour Beatty Construction, and involves mechanical, electrical and public-health services throughout the 10-storey building. Also included is lighting and small power, fire alarms and security, CCTV and building-management system.
