AC2000 is BESCA certified

AC2000, which specialises in the installation of air conditioning and mechanical services, has become one of the first air-conditioning contractors to achieve registration with BESCA (Building Services Competence Accreditation). The company can now self certify that its installation work complies with the latest Building Regulations for England and Wales without having to involve local-authority building-control department — saving money on third-party inspections. These Building Regulations require business to notify work on controlled services such as air-conditioning installations. Through the BESCA scheme, AC2000 does not need to provide full plans to local-authority building-control departments — but can self-certify online that work complies. The BESCA scheme is authorised by DCLG.
