Artificial lighting closely resembles natural daylight

Aura Corporation’s brochure on its Actulite polarised daylighting explains how its emits light closely resembling natural daylight. This is achieved by combining the patented Actulite multi-layered light-polarising filter with high-frequency control gear and specially manufactured triphosphor full-spectrum fluorescent tubes. The brochure includes comprehensive information and images of this lighting range, which includes ceiling lighting, wall-mounted inspection lighting, desktop task lighting and the Signature range of luminaires developed to meet LG7 standard. The effect of Actulite lighting is shown in before-and-after images. Compared with conventional artificial lighting, contrast is said to be increased by 8%. The light is totally glare free and shows everything in true colour.
