Outdoor radiant heater withstands all weathers

Dimplex’s CPH quartz-halogen range of outdoor heaters is designed to IPX5 water-ingress protection rating to withstand all weathers. The new design uses highly efficient quartz-halogen technology, producing a focused beam of short wavelength radiant heat. Available with outputs of 1 and 1.5 kW, the CPH uses the ‘gold’ lamp from Philips, which has 15% greater heat transmission than other similar lamps. For economical operation, a heater can be linked to a timer or PIR detector to switch it on or off depending on whether people move into the area covered by it.
