Manchester city centre development targets BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating

A whole street in the business district of Manchester city centre is being totally refurbished to achieve a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating, which only a handful of city-centre developments have won A total of 14 000 m2 of office space will be provided on New York Street (previously York Street.
