MHI gateways link with LonWorks and BACnet

LonWorks and BACnet
MHI Air Conditioning has introduced a range of controllers for connecting to building-management systems using LonWorks (SC-LGW) or BACnet SC-BGW). Both units enable the control and monitoring of air-conditioning systems with up to 96 indoor units to be integrated via the BMS to a central control point. Operating data is sent from individual indoor and outdoor units to the BMS host computer through LGW or BGW gateways. The capabilities of the BMS determine how these gateways will operate timer functions, power-consumption calculations and other functionality. MHI can provide engineering support to ensure compatibility with the management systems.
