Broag responds swiftly to boiler failure in library

Broag-Remeha

Broag-Remeha responded swiftly when the old boiler system serving Toxteth Library in Liverpool failed by supplying two Remeha 360 gas-fired atmospheric boilers.

Paying for the new boilers was solved by the news that quickly followed of a substantial Lottery Grant enabling a £1.3 million refurbishment of this historic library.

Toxteth Library was built thanks to the benevolence of Philanthropist Andrew Carnegie and opened in 1902. It is in the centre of a thriving multi-cultural area and Europe’s oldest Chinese community and has over a thousand visitors a week.

The low noise levels of Remeha atmospheric boilers are particularly appropriate for this location.
