EAL becomes a Delta partner

Delighted to be working with a global name — Eric Ley, managing director of EAL, which has becoming a distributor partner with Delta Controls

Delta Controls has appointed Environmental Automatics (EAL) as a partner to join its growing UK network of independent distributors. Based in Glasgow, EAL provides building-management systems, from designing a solution right through to installation, for a varied client base across many industries.

Delta Controls develops and makes native BACnet building-automation systems. Its UK partners are responsible for the engineering, installation and maintenance of systems.

The partnership with Delta will enable EAL to offer a comprehensive range of building-management solutions using the BACnet open standard.

John Brough, director of technical services with Delta Controls, says, ‘The use of open systems like BACnet is becoming increasingly important as our customers update their estates, and we are seeing a strong desire to move away from the old ‘closed-shop’ providers.’
