Industrial air curtains

Airbloc’s AB Series of air curtains is said to reduce the energy loss through open external doors of heated or air-conditioned buildings by over 80%. They are designed for industrial environments and allow doors to remain open with little detriment to internal comfort or energy use.

A fresh design promotes a laminar airflow and includes deep-profile aerofoil-section air-straightening vanes. They improve the efficiency of climate separation between indoors and outdoors compared with previous models.

The new air curtains can be supplied as ambient models or with heating using gas, hot water, steam or electricity. Gas-fired units achieve over 91% thermal efficiency, so they qualify for Enhanced Capital Allowances.
