Solar photo-voltaic panels integrate into pitched roofs

Schott

Schott Solar has added a roof-integration panel to its growing collection of solar-energy products. The InDax V 225 panel provides an efficient photo-voltaic function as well as protection against the elements. These panels can be integrated directly into pitched roofs and have a performance guarantee of 20 years against rain, hail, snow and wind.

The modules are mounted in a shingled array for optimised ventilation, ensuring maximum output. A separate upright rain rail between the modules provides easy adjustment to cope with roof unevenness. These panels are installed as a whole module system directly on to the roof counter battens.
