CIBSE has added a guide on solar energy to its Knowledge Series publications. ‘KS15 Capturing solar energy’ covers solar thermal and solar PV for domestic and non-domestic systems. It highlights the main design and installation issues, commissioning and maintenance requirements, and regulations and cost information.

KS15 is primarily aimed at designers of building services.
