Danlers lighting controls help brewery lower costs

Danlers

Danlers surface mounted passive infra-red (PIR) occupancy switches have recently been installed in the chiller warehouse units of Sharps Brewery in Cornwall. Since their installation, electrical costs and carbon emissions have reduced significantly.

PIR occupancy switches detect the movement of people in their vicinity and turn the load on and off accordingly. Each model in the Danlers range includes a passive infra-red quad person detector, an adjustable time lag before switch off, an adjustable photocell override and a relay for switching up to 6 A (1500 W).
