Packaged rooftop air conditioners form Walter Meier (Climate UK) combine high efficiency and performance with low life-cycle costs, ease of installation and competitive pricing. They can be configured to meet heating, cooling and air-handling duties — reducing total plant requirements. The range includes the Lambda Echos (pictured) and Gamma units, both made by Blue Box.

Lambda Echos units use R410A and are available with cooling capacities from 54 to 328 kW and heating from 56 to 337 kW. They can be configured to provide free cooling/heating and heat recovery. Units up to 72 kW can be supplied with EC fans for additional energy savings.

The smaller Gamma units are designed for R407C . The have nominal cooling capacities from 6 to 66 kW and heating from 6 to 68 kW. They are available in cooling-only and heat-pump versions.

Both ranges are highly configurable to suite the needs of individual projects.
