Klima-Therm offers AC inspections

Klima-Therm has launched an air-conditioning inspection service to enable building owners meet the mandatory requirements of the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD). It is headed by Gareth Stott, a fully accredited EPBD air-conditioning inspector.

Inspections are mandatory for all air-conditioning systems with a cooling capacity of more than 12 kW.

Gareth Stott explains, ‘An important part of the inspection report covers recommendations for improving the efficiency of air-conditioning systems. There are often no-cost or low-cost measures that can be taken that can make a big difference to energy efficient and significantly cut running
