Underfloor-heating manifold

Danfoss, underfloor heating manifold

New features in Danfoss’s FHF-F manifold system for controlling water flow in underfloor heating systems introduce a far higher level of functionality than most previous solutions. Each pipe in the underfloor heating system is connected to the manifold, making it possible to control water flow or heat supply separately to each room.

This manifold uses established and well proven Danfoss valve inserts to control the flow to each circuit. Each unit comprises a supply and return manifold for up to 12 circuits.

The supply manifold includes a sight-glass flow meter for each circuit, making it easy to balance the total system. Any of the circuits can be completely shut off.

The return manifold has Danfoss integrated valves with presetting facility that does not require tools. Once the thermal actuator is mounted, presetting is automatically protected and can only be altered by removing the actuator.

Each heating circuit is controlled by TWA thermal actuators, and connections to a variety of pipes can be made using ¾ in internally threaded compression fittings.

The range of accessories include mounting brackets, end sections with drain taps, automatic air vents, ball valves, thermometers and reduction pieces.
