2 MVA generators available on emergency call-out

Merlin Power Management, standby power

Merlin Power Management’s rental fleet now includes single large generators up to 2 MVA for deployment throughout the UK within four hours of receiving an emergency call. These standby power system can be supplied and installed in parallel to cater for larger power requirements and to increase flexibly in the event of sudden power disturbances.

Generators from 80 kVA to 2 MVA are strategically positioned around the UK.

The company has also expanded its services to provide these generators and power-critical services to provide standby power during a planned shutdown. These services include decommissioning and recommissioning existing equipment, all ancillary electrical work and supplying a temporary standby generator and on-site engineering support.
