Lochinvar checks in at Travelodge

Budget hotel chain Travelodge has chosen Lochinvar equipment to supply domestic hot water for its new Clacton-on-Sea Central Travelodge. Close to Clacton pier, this hotel has 57 rooms.

Two TurboCharger gas-fired condensing water heaters with integral storage have been installed. These units have low storage but fast hot-water recovery. Condensing technology maximises operating efficiency and reduces carbon emissions compared with other hot-water generators.

The TurboCharger floor-standing range comprises six models with outputs from 690 to 2160 l/h, based on a temperature rise of 44 K, and with storage capacities of 230 or 380 l.
