Clearly Heat Pumps accredited under Microgeneration Certification Scheme

Glow-worm, heat pump, MCS

Glow-worm’s straightforward range of air-to-water heat pumps, Clearly Heat Pumps, is now accredited under the Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS). The approval came from the Building Research Establishment following site inspections of the Clearly Heat Pumps laboratory and production facilities.

These self-contained air-to-water heat pumps have a built-in hydraulic module and a sealed refrigeration system containing R410A, so the installer does not need refrigeration qualifications.

Outputs are 8, 10 and 14 kW with COPs of up to 3.91. A choice of five packs include all key components for installing a heating system.
