MHS Boilers at heart of new urban village

MHS Boilers
Heating for this new urban village in Hayes is provided by six boilers from MHS Boilers.

MHS Boilers has supplied four 1400 kW Monomax gas-fired, fully modulating pressure-jet boilers and two Ultramax R301 condensing boilers to the High Point Village development in Hayes. This major inner-city regeneration scheme comprises 570 residential units, a hotel and a large retail development. A quarter of the residential accommodation is for affordable housing. The development also features an art-gallery space and a new public square for Hayes town centre.

The wide range of studio apartments and apartments with one, two and three bedrooms have been created to an extremely high specification and feature open-plan living and large windows and balconies.

The Monomax boilers have Ecoflam burners.
