Kitchen ventilation canopy uses less energy

Britannia Kitchen Ventilation

Extract volumes for kitchen ventilation are reduced by 10 to 40% by Britannia’s Econex kitchen ventilation canopy. This intrinsic efficiency and it being less complicated than induction-style canopies reduce both capital and running costs.

The new design of high-efficiency grease filter is positioned at the periphery of the canopy, making routine maintenance much safer as there is no need to reach over hot cooking equipment.

Ultra-violet filtration can easily be incorporate into Econex canopies to remove excess grease and odours from exhaust — reducing fire risk and frequency of duct cleaning, as well as allowing kitchens to exhaust into potentially sensitive areas.
