Zehnder brings together comprehensive range of indoor climate solutions for schools

Zehnder, school, heating, air filtration

Zehnder offers a collection of products to provide heating, cooling and air filtration for new and refurbished school buildings. The range comprises low-surface-temperature and panel radiators for standard classroom use, radiant heating and cooling panels to provide an energy-efficient all-in-one package for Summer and Winter operation in classrooms and sports halls, trench heaters for discreet and effective heating (particularly in glass-fronted locations), and the Clean Air Solutions system to help create a clean and healthy environment for woodwork classrooms.

To exploit renewable energy, Zehnder’s ComfoBox combines a ground-source heat pump and ventilation to deliver heating, cooling, ventilation and DHW from a single unit.

By working with selected partners, Zehnder can also offer inclusive solutions. An example is the multi-service foil (illustrated) — an integrated heating, lighting, acoustic and classroom services ceiling raft developed with Whitecroft Lighting. A natural-ventilation system developed with Tek combines natural passive air with the security and control of HVAC systems.

A dedicated building-schools team can work alongside all parties, guiding them through the project from design to installation and completion.
