AmbiRad plans major export drive

AmbiRad Group is poised for major growth in 2011 with plans to boost exports and achieve rapid expansion into overseas markets. The company is moving business emphasis towards high-efficiency technologies such as biomass and condensing boilers and continuing its export drive across Europe and into Asia.

Sales are already growing rapidly in Russia, Belarus, Turkey, Poland, Hungary, Norway, Lithuania and Romania. There are now plans for further expansion into the Middle East.

It is particularly good news for Benson Heating based in Knighton, Powys, which was taken over in 2009 by AmbiRad. Its factory has been designated a flagship manufacturer by the company to develop environmentally sustainable heating technologies in demand worldwide by organisations looking to reduce energy costs.
