Polypipe Ventilation now offers customers site-based support with a further enhancement to its technical support service. The support includes site visits to assist with problem solving, administering the on-site warranty of Silavent fan products, scheduling drawings with ventilation layouts incorporated, product training and general support for Polypipe’s mechanical extraction, air distribution and heat-recovery ranges of ventilation products.

Another initiative is a 2-day industry-recognised BPEC-accredited training programme for domestic ventilation installers. It provides theoretical training and practical exercises to provide installers with the information and skills needed to install the common types of domestic ventilation systems safely and efficiently.
