HVCA updates contracts

HVCA publications has updated three commercial and legal contracts— ‘CL21 Conditions of trading’, ‘CL70 ‘Maintenance agreement’ and ‘CC8/11 Conditions of sub-sub-contract’.

Rob Driscoll, deputy head of HVCA’s commercial and legal department, explains, ‘The three contracts have been updated in line with the amendments to the ‘Housing grants, construction and regeneration act 1966’ that came into effect in October 2011. They form the beginning of a suite of commercial and legal publications that the HVCA plans to continually update and add to.’
