Imtech financial results show solid growth

Imtech UK’s annual results for 2011 showed a 51% increase in turnover to £514.6 million. Earnings before the deduction of interest, tax and amortisation expenses almost doubled to £29.2 million. During the year, the company completed acquisitions of The Smith Group UK and Inviron — giving it the capability to deliver total end-to-end solutions across much of the UK.

The scope of Imtech UK includes M&E Engineering, water and process engineering, maintenance, contracting, ICT and traffic controls and infrastructure.
