Evinox simplifies Part L1A compliance

The Evinox Modusat heat-interface unit for communal heating systems is designed to make it easier to comply with the requirements of Part L1A for dwellings that are not open plan to have at least two independently controlled heating zones. It uses two room controllers to provide time and temperature control and which are wired on a bus in the dwelling, so an additional 2-zone controls pack is not required. The Modusat has two 230 V outputs to control two zone valves.

Both heating zones and be controlled and monitored remotely using Evinox SmartTalk technology, which also provides outside weather compensation for every dwelling and direct weather compensation of the heating circuit and the low-temperature control of underfloor heating without the need for a pump or blending valve on the manifold.
