Energy Management has introduced the Imeca legionella-control system to the UK market. It is effective at temperatures from 4 to 80°C and suitable for use in hot and cold water systems — including potable. The system is made by MAV of Germany. A powerful disinfection agent is added to the water system as a dilute solution, which is effective against micro-organisms, whilst being non-toxic and not irritating to people and animals.
