2 MW gas-fired Hoval condensing boilers

Hoval, boiler, space heating. DHW

Hoval UltraGas condensing gas-fired boilers are available in capacities from 15 kW to 2 MW, compete with common-flue and optional pipework/header kits. Independent testing to DIN EN 676 confirms average NOx emissions of less than 40 mg/kWh — achieving the maximum BREEAM rating of three points relating to NOx emissions.

Net efficiencies of up to 109.9% are achieved when tested to the requirements of the European Boiler Efficiency and Gas Appliance Directives, with CO levels of 10 mg/kWh.

The modulating pre-mix down-firing burner has a turndown ratio of up to 10:1. The stainless-steel combustion chamber has a single-pass aluFer tube heat exchanger.

These boilers have a rear connection for a ducted fresh-air supply for room-sealed applications. There are two return connections for high- and low-temperature circuits.

Adding an interface module enables each boiler to be controlled by a 0 to 10 V signal, enabling BMS control of the burner firing rate or operating temperature set point. One or two optional TopTronic controllers provide enhanced control features, including sequencing for modular installations and system control.
