NG Bailey moves from one contract to another at 62 Buckingham Gate
Following the completion of the £23 million M&E contract for 62 Buckingham Gate in London by NG Bailey’s engineering division, the company’s facilities-services division is to maintain the building for the next two years. The project for Land Securities included installation and commissioning. NG Bailey’s offsite-manufacturing division designed and produced heat-exchange modules.
Steve Briggs, joint managing director of the engineering division, said, ‘It was a key project for us and one which paved the way for our other divisions to work with Land Securities.’
Stuart Linington, managing director of the facilities-services division, added, ‘Due to our unified approach, our divisions are able to work together seamlessly to drive efficiency and value for our clients. Working on 62 Buckingham Gate gave us the opportunity to demonstrate the strength of our integrated offering.’
