Toshiba Air Conditioning is extending its 7-year ‘Total peace of mind’ warranty scheme to include accredited installers. The move give five years’ full cover at the new enhanced level and opens up the scheme to many more companies. Under the scheme, Toshiba would supply replacement components to a qualified installer and a realistic labour cost. Alternatively, Toshiba would carry out the work for the installer.

The new warranty is available to registered Toshiba qualified installers completing the required training modules, subject to equipment being installed and commissioned in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines.
