Investors in People award for Baxi

Baxi Commercial has been awarded a bronze Investors in People award for the motivation, support and development it provides to employees at its Erdington site in the West Midlands. The company received the standard award three years ago, and has now exceeded the 63 evidence requirements on this occasion to claim the bronze award.

Paddy Fletcher, human-resource manager at Baxi, comments, ‘Winning this award is a great step for Baxi Commercial as it recognises the hard work that our employees have put into the company. The accreditation also provides a great benchmark for us to build on, as we continue to consolidate our strengths and develop other areas of the company to meet the same high standard.’
