Automated Building & Energy Controls (ABEC) is operating a 5-year BMS maintenance contract at London’s Imperial College — with a possible 2-year extension. It covers the college’s entire property estate.
Rakesh Patel, contracts manager at Imperial College, said, ‘ABEC has a competitive proposal that could maintain the ventilation performance and effectively reach specific targets for our buildings.’
