LG adds LED illumination to Artcool range

LG air conditioning, Artcool

LED lighting is used to highlight this indoor unit from LG’s Artcool range of air-conditioning units, which can deliver heating and cooling. The Stylist Inverter indoor unit combines technical sophistication and functionality with a modern sleek look. It has won a 2014 iF Design Award.

These units are just 121 mm deep, 25 mm slimmer than the popular Artcool gallery. The colour of the LED lighting can be adjusted at any time and can also change colour to indicate heating or cooling status.

Air is gently distributed in three directions left, right and downwards.

Inverter technology enables these units to operate as quietly as 19 dB(A).
