Fire Design Solutions applies its expertise to London housing project
Fire Design Solutions is designing and installing its mechanical and natural smoke-venting systems for a distinctive new housing development in south London. Century House in Bermondsey is a single curved block varying in height from six to nine storeys. There is also car-park extraction system.
Owned and managed by the L&Q Housing Association, the 154-unit building combines private and affordable premises, including social rented and communal space.
The contract was awarded by Higgins Construction.
