Heatrae Sadia introduces larger Eco Plus cylinders

Heatrae Sadia, hot water cylinder, DHW

Heatrae Sadia has added to its Megaflo Eco Plus range of unvented hot-water cylinders with 800 and 1000 l direct, indirect and solar models. The latest models are intended for light-commercial applications with a constant demand for hot water — such as hairdressing salons and guest houses — or larger domestic environments.

Larger premises with high hot-water demands would previously have often needed to install two or more cylinders to meet their requirements. These larger cylinders enable just one Eco Plus to be installed, making specification easier. There are now seven Eco Plus cylinders with capacities from 250 to 1000 l.

To minimise heat loss, Eco Plus cylinders are encased in 100 mm of high-quality foam insulation. Even the temperature and pressure-relief valve has its own insulated cover.
