A neat solution for plastering around electrical back boxes

Innovate Product Design, electricity, electrical accessories, VEX Box

Back boxes for electrical installations that are installed behind plasterboard can be neatly finished with the help of Innovate Product Design’s Vex Box. This polystyrene injection-moulded template fits around the inside frame of a back box to bring it up to the level of the plasterboard for finishing.

Universal templates can be cut to suit double and single back boxes, and there are cut-outs for cable entries. The height of the template is readily trimmed.

This device enables plasterers to achieve a neat and tidy finish around the box edge, keeping the open box free of plaster.
