Schneider Electric unifies systems at Moorfields Eye Hospital

Schneider Electric, EcoStruxure

Schneider Electric has helped Moorfields Eye Hospital in London to modernise its systems and infrastructure with its EcoStruxure for Healthcare solution. EcoStruxure unifies hospital systems under a single platform and through real-time location systems technology, enabling the hospital to track staff, patients and assets across its facilities.

Chris Harding, director of estates and facilities at the hospital, explains, ‘The EcoStruxure platform has allowed me to integrate all of the systems into one proper platform, which has helped us all to get the right data at the right time. We’ve spent less man hours maintaining the system, and my opex costs have gone down.’
