Stokvis launches Evolution modular floor-standing range of boilers

Stokvis, floor-standing boiler, Boilers, space heating

Stokvis Energy Systems’ Econoflame R600 Evolution range of floor-standing gas boilers comprises seven models with outputs from 142 to 540 kW and are designed for installing in confined spaces in retrofit or less-accessible new installation.

These boilers are designed to pass through standard doorways. Width ranges from 466 to 746 mm, and these boilers incorporate wheels for ease of movement. For sites that are really difficult to access, boilers can be dismantled and reassembled in situ.

An 8 bar maximum pressure makes them suitable for tall buildings, as does their light weight — 290 to 595 kg when empty.

The inspection glass and ignition electrodes can be fitted in different positions to suit the site. A room-sealed version can be specified, with no change to the standard boiler.

R600 models can be installed individually or in cascade systems.

The water-cooled premix burner has a wide modulation range.

NOx emissions meet Class 6, and seasonal efficiency is up to 110.4%.

Optional extra-low-loss headers are available. For boilers in retrofit applications, plate heat exchangers can be incorporated to separate the boilers from what might be a contaminated system.

Control options include dual heating zones, master/slave cascade control for up to eight boilers, a room unit for each heating zone and a choice of sensors that includes outdoor temperature compensation, DHW, heating zone and a low-loss-header sensor for cascade applications.
