Electric underfloor heating mats have been installed as the only heat source in the bathrooms of these luxury apartments near Edinburgh.
Electric underfloor heating mats made by Tyco Thermal Controls have been installed in the bathrooms of 216 luxury apartments in the Granton Harbour waterside development at Leith near Edinburgh. The Raychem T2QuickNet mats are the sole heat source in these bathrooms. Two types are available — 90 and 160 W/m2 — and the higher-output version was chosen for this application.
