Underfloor air conditioning requires 150 mm floor void

Flexsys
Underfloor air conditioning that can be installed in a 150 mm floor void — York’s Flexsys system.
York’s Flexsys underfloor air-conditioning system can now be installed in floor voids as shallow as 150 mm, making it well suited to the refurbishment market. This cooling system can be installed with typical existing heating systems of the 1960s to early 1980s and interfaced with York controls. Flexsys was developed specifically for buildings with raised access floors and can be installed alongside cabled services. There may then be no need for a false ceiling. Plug-and-play connectors provide fast and simple installation — and relocation of existing equipment. The same floor grilles are used as for a standard 300 mm plenum.
