School upgrades to more efficient heating system

A school in Derbyshire has moved into the era of high-efficiency heating with this installation of Ferroli Econcept 100 boilers.
High-efficiency heating for a primary school in Derbyshire is being provided by a Ferroli modular boiler installation that has replaced an old cast-iron sectional boiler. Heating & Process Engineering Services installed four linked Econcept 100 condensing double-boiler units at St George’s Romany Catholic Primary School. Each boiler has a maximum output of 97 kW and incorporates two separately controllable burners and heat-exchange units, giving even greater flexibility to respond to seasonal demand. These boilers have premix burners. The compact size of these boilers enables them to pass through a standard doorway without having to be dismantled, speeding up installation — which was just three weeks for this project.
