Andrews Sykes renews sponsorship of top British Superbike team

In its sixth season of supporting the Hawk Kawasaki Superbike team, Andrews Sykes will supporting the team throughout the British Superbike series. For the first time, the team will be running separate liveries for each bike. One will sport the Sykes Pumps logo, while the other will run under Andrews Air Conditioning colours. Hawk Kawasaki rider Dean Thomas will be racing alongside new signing Craig Coxhell, who returns to the championship after a 2-year break. They are riding the Kawasaki ZX-10R which is new for this season. Kelvin Fogwill of Andrews Sykes Group says, ‘We have found that our continued investment in sponsoring the Hawk Superbike team has paid dividends by enabling us to continually raise the awareness of both the Andrews and the Sykes brands. In addition to raising our profile, it is a great moral booster for employees. More than a thousand of Andrews Sykes’ VIP customers attended British Superbike rounds during the 2005 season. The successes of the Hawk Kawasaki team on the track are always celebrated across the group.’

More refrigerant bans possible, says government
