Control. Visibility. Intelligence: ControlSensor

prefect Controls

Prefect Controls has unveiled its latest innovation in energy and building control technology: ControlSensor.

As part of Irus
ecosystem which
regularly returns
50% reductions in heating loads, ControlSensor takes energy-saving capabilities to new levels, as well as monitoring humidity, occupancy, light, sound-pressure and optionally CO2.

Suitable for both new and retrofit projects, it ensures facilities of all types benefit from advanced features, cost effectively. Space heating, water heating, leak detection, kitchen safety, utility metering and water wastage are all monitored and controlled from the central dedicated portal.

ControlSensor’s user-friendly interface makes it accessible for facility managers and end users, while integrated Bluetooth and direct-to-room communications add another level of rich features.

Intelligent temperature control, adaptive occupancy sensing
and optimised heating management continue to ensure maximum visibility across a wide range of environments. Finely tuning energy use to actual occupancy patterns, ControlSensor helps operators significantly reduce their carbon footprint while cutting utility costs.
