Mitsubishi Electric training

Mitsubishi Electric has announced the availability of three nationally recognised qualifications delivered at its Hatfield Training Centre, developed in collaboration with leading industry bodies including the Chartered Institute of Plumbing and Heating Engineering (CIPHE), the Heat Pump Association (HPA) and the Microgeneration Certification Scheme(MCS).

The courses are designed to equip experienced heating professionals with the knowledge, confidence and competency required to design, install and maintain low temperature heating and heat pump systems in domestic dwellings, in line with current and emerging industry standards.

The qualifications available are: Level 3 Low Temperature Heating and Hot Water Systems in Dwellings; Level 3 Award in the Installation and Maintenance of Heat Pump Systems (Non-Refrigerant Circuits); and the LCL Award – Water Regulations Certificate.

Heating engineers could be eligible for a discount of up to £500 towards the cost of heat pump training.

Katie Webb, Customer Training Manager at Mitsubishi Electric, said: “By delivering LCL Awards–certified, Ofqual-accredited training at our Hatfield Training Centre, we are ensuring professionals have access to rigorous, industry-led qualifications that reflect real-world installation standards.”
