Energy Donkey is a new platform designed to make heat pumps easier to understand, manage and support.
When paired with the Energy Donkey Atmo, it combines live heat pump data, intelligent control and decades of real-world industry knowledge to understand what a system is doing, explain it in plain English and take action when needed. Users can ask questions about their heat pump and receive answers informed by live system data, rather than generic advice.
Energy Donkey can also carry out automations, including complete heat pump commissioning. Behind the platform is the expertise of heat pump specialist Graham Hendra, with two decades of industry experience spanning engineer training, technical manuals and more than 30,000 heat pump system designs.
