Reverse-cycle unit provides heating and cooling

unichiller
Designed to provide heating and cooling for large residential and small commercial applications is Unico System’s UniChiller.
The UniChiller from Unico Systems is a reverse-cycle heating and cooling unit providing hot and cold water for indoor comfort systems. A COP of at least three is said to be achieved under normal operating conditions. UniChiller is installed outside and has a sealed refrigeration circuit, so its installation does not require qualified refrigeration engineers. Only water is pumped to and from the building. Applicable to large houses or small commercial applications, UniChiller can be banked for larger loads and allows for internal zoning or multiple air handlers. Air flows are horizontal, the pump is made from stainless steel, and fans are swept for low noise and efficiency and to minimise weathering. Unico System says that no maintenance is required for the refrigeration circuit.
